Kathleen (Katie) Shearman, a highly skilled trauma therapist, possesses over a decade of expertise in trauma work. She understands the formidable impact of past trauma on a client's present-moment well-being. Recognizing the immense courage required to delve deep within oneself, Katie empowers her clients to navigate the fine line between comfort and discomfort, paving the way for life-changing transformations. Her approach is centered on nurturing authenticity.

Trauma healing is a unique journey for each individual, and Katie collaboratively designs a healing path that resonates with her clients. With a master's degree in clinical counseling and years of dedicated work with survivors of human trafficking, Katie brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice. She has received training in various therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Dissociation, DBT, Somatic Experiencing, and Mindfulness. Additionally, she holds certification as a yoga teacher (RYT-200).

Katie accompanies her clients on their journey to process trauma, strengthen personal relationships, cultivate self-worth and self-acceptance, and discover inner calm through mindfulness and embodiment practices.
